biography
Abe Diddy & the Krautboys was formed in 2003 with the intention to do just one show, but the collaboration between the three musicians (Nelis guitar/vox, Gijs drums, Gilles bass) went so well they decided to start a band. Somewhere in 2004 they met Blind Lemon Jello (bluesharp) and asked him to join the band.
In August 2005 their first cd "Save Us" was released by U-Lit Records and there are plans to do a split 7" on vinyl with partners in crime Toner Low.
Big influences are oldschool blues, Black Sabbath, Jimi Hendrix and Kyuss. Abe Diddy & The Krautboys would like to describe their music as powerblues, not stoner.
